1 – General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using our services under supervision of a legal guardian. You agree not to use our content or services for unlawful purposes. Any breach may result in termination of services.

2 – Availability, Delivery & Pricing

• All products, digital content, and services are subject to availability.
• Delivery Timeline:
  • Play Store / App Store purchases: Delivery is instant after successful payment.
  • Direct service orders (e.g., custom music, video, ads): Delivery usually takes 3–15 business days, confirmed during order placement.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• If a product or service becomes unavailable after purchase, we will provide an alternative or cancel the order.

3 – Digital Products & Creative Services

Drppin offers digital products like watch faces, music, and videos. These may be sold via the Play Store, App Store, or direct. We also provide creative services on a hire basis. All digital sales are final unless otherwise noted.

4 – Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide correct and current information for all purchases. Multiple accounts using the same phone/email are not allowed to abuse offers or coupons.

5 – Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, and digital products are copyrighted by Drppin. Reproduction, resale, or reuse without permission is prohibited.

6 – Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (payment processors, analytics, etc.) to deliver our offerings. We are not liable for third-party content or policies.

7 – Use Restrictions

You are prohibited from violating laws, infringing rights, spreading malware, or harassing others through our services. Breach will lead to suspension and possible legal action.

8 – Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

• Orders for digital items are non-refundable unless required by law or in case of proven defect.
• Direct custom services (e.g., videos, music, branding) are non-refundable once delivered and approved.
• In case of incorrect or defective delivery, replacement or corrected files will be provided.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical or quality issues.

9 – After-Sales Service

• Basic technical support is provided for 7 days after delivery of direct services.
• Additional modifications or long-term support may require a separate agreement.

10 – Limitation of Liability

Drppin is not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of digital content or services. Use is at your own risk.

11 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Drppin from any legal claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

12 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Legal matters will be resolved in courts under Dhaka jurisdiction.

13 – Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
