Drppin ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট (ওয়াচ ফেস, ভিডিও, মিউজিক ইত্যাদি) সরবরাহ করে Play Store, App Store বা সরাসরি বিক্রির মাধ্যমে। আমরা হায়ার ভিত্তিতে কাস্টম সার্ভিসও প্রদান করি। সব ডিজিটাল বিক্রি চূড়ান্ত, যদি না আলাদাভাবে কিছু বলা থাকে।
সব অর্ডারে আপনি সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য দিবেন। একই ফোন বা ইমেইলে একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলে অফার বা কুপন ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
Drppin-এর সব ডিজাইন, কনটেন্ট ও প্রোডাক্ট মেধাস্বত্ব দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলোর কোনো অনুলিপি বা ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।
আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সার্ভিস (পেমেন্ট, অ্যানালিটিক্স, ইত্যাদি) ব্যবহার করতে পারি। এই সার্ভিসগুলোতে Drppin দায়ী নয়।
আপনি আমাদের সাইট বা সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না যদি আপনি:
ডিজিটাল পণ্যের জন্য সাধারণত রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়, যদি না আইনগতভাবে বাধ্যবাধকতা থাকে। হায়ার সার্ভিসের জন্য চুক্তির শর্ত অনুসরণ করতে হবে। প্রযুক্তিগত বা গুণগত কারণে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
Drppin কোনও প্রকার ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়, যদি সেটা আমাদের কনটেন্ট, সার্ভিস বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের মাধ্যমে ঘটে। সার্ভিস ব্যবহার আপনার নিজ দায়িত্বে।
আপনি Drppin-কে সব রকমের আইনি অভিযোগ থেকে মুক্ত রাখবেন যদি তা আপনার ব্যবহারজনিত হয় বা আপনি শর্ত লঙ্ঘন করেন।
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে পরিচালিত। যেকোনো আইনি বিষয় ঢাকার আদালতের এখতিয়ারে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
আমরা যে কোন সময় শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। নতুন শর্ত মেনে ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে তা গ্রহণযোগ্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
